Duties:
• Assist with press mailings on a daily basis
• Catalogue reports of media coverage into our database
• Write 1-2 press and/or marketing materials with guidance from staff
• Help research media contacts
• Generate web content, i.e. excerpts, quizzes, fun facts, blog posts
• Copying and filing
Qualifications:
• English, journalism, marketing, or communications major or interest in major
• Must be able to put in 15 hours per week minimum in at least 3 hour increments—welcome to intern more if available
• Office experience a plus

2. Social Media & Marketing Internship
Duties:
• Research and build online media lists for upcoming titles
• Help maintain our growing social niche communities
• Create fun, innovative web content: Blog posts, Tumblr content, etc
• Assist with mailings
• Edit blog posts
• Help maintain and update the company website
Qualifications:
• English, journalism, marketing, or communications major or interest in major
• Familiarity with and active presence on major social networking sites
• Creative and professional writing skills
